Your Quarterly Reports Matter

At the end of each quarter, club advisors receive an email message containing a link to the quarterly report. That's where your club should collect information on club activities for that three-month period. Some of the things you should keep track of are listed here.
  • Service projects (including the amount of money spent to do the project and who it helped).
  • Service hours (the number of hours worked multiplied by the number of individuals serving).
  • Fundraising events (including how much money was raised and where funds were donated).
  • Kiwanis-family events (how many events your club hosted or participated in that included Kiwanis family members outside of Aktion Club, and which Kiwanis family members were involved).
  • Financial support from sponsoring Kiwanis club.
  • Biggest challenges.
Of course, the true impact of Aktion Clubs’ service is immeasurable—even beyond the numbers you provide. However, keeping data on how Aktion Clubs improve their communities is vital for gaining community support and validating the program’s success in a concrete way.

If you are not receiving these report requests, you may not be listed as the club or Kiwanis advisor.  If you're having this issue, email Katie Griffin at kgriffin@kiwanis.org.
