The 2025-26 year is approaching and soon it will be time to update your club’s membership information and pay dues. Clubs whose payments are received by Kiwanis International on or before November 1, 2025, will earn an early-bird banner patch.
Gather updated information from each new member, including email addresses, if available.
Update any missing club officers’ names by logging into Kiwanis Engage and visiting the Club Leaders Roles tab on your club view. Current Aktion Club presidents, secretaries and treasurers — as well as Kiwanis or Club advisors — should work together to ensure the correct officers are listed for the new year.
Update club membership on the Member Admin tab by:
Submit payment online or print an invoice and pay by check from the “Finances” page. Annual member renewal fees are US $8.00 per member. Pay by November 1, 2025, and receive an early-bird banner patch!

How much does it cost to start an Aktion Club and renew the club each year?
There are four chartering options when you start an Aktion Club. The fees range from US $400 to US $600. Resources provided to the club include member pins, cards, handbooks, certificates and a club advisor guide. The club is renewed each year when the club’s roster is updated through Kiwanis Engage and annual member renewal fees of US $8.00 per member are paid to Kiwanis International.
