New monthly report

We are excited to announce that each Aktion Club will have access to a new online monthly report—beginning October 1, 2017. This monthly report will replace the quarterly reports that clubs currently use—and it will allow clubs to track club activities, service hours, fundraisers, and other important information in an easy format.

Either the Kiwanis advisor or the facility advisor can complete their club's monthly report. Access is available by logging into Kiwanis Connect, the Kiwanis online reporting system. By completing a report each month, advisors will:

  • Establish a record of the club's activities saved for current and future advisors.
  • Be able to email completed reports to district leaders and sponsoring Kiwanis club to share the Aktion
  • Club’s service and accomplishments.
  • Help keep the club's contact information updated by regularly logging into our database.

Thanks to Kiwanis Connect, each district administrator will also have access to the completed reports of the clubs in their district. In fact, monthly reports will also strengthen the support of Aktion Club and the Kiwanis International home office:

  • We can learn more about the organizations that host Aktion Clubs.
  • We can track club activities to learn which causes are supported.
  • We can learn more about the advisor’s experience.
  • We can use data that attracts corporations and foundations to support the Aktion Club program.
