How to renew your club (and pay member dues) annually

Kiwanis Engage is the new platform where advisors can go to renew their clubs at the beginning of the service year. Follow the steps below by the December 1 deadline to remain an active club in good standing:

  1. Collect member information. For each member, get a full name and email address.
  2. Log in to Kiwanis Engage. If you need help logging in, watch this instructional video.
  3. Update membership in the Members Admin section:
    1. Enter each new member’s name and email address.
    2. Edit details for returning members, as needed.
    3. Remove members who are not continuing.
    4. When finished, select “Roster Complete.”
  4. Identify club officers. Click on the Club Leadership Roles tab on the left side.
  5. Submit payment.
    1. In the Finances tab, check the box next to the order number that summarizes your club’s member dues.
    2. Then select “Pay Online” to pay by credit card.
    3. To pay by check, print the order and mail it with your check to Kiwanis International.
    4. Don’t forget: If you pay by November 1, your club will receive an early dues banner patch!

How much does it cost to renew an Aktion Club each year?

An Aktion Club is renewed annually by updating the member roster and paying member dues for all current members. Annual member dues are USD$8.00 per member for 2026-27 (for clubs in North America and most Caribbean countries) and are paid to Kiwanis International.

For clubs in a country outside of North America or in the Caribbean countries of Jamaica, St. Grenada, French Guiana and Suriname, contact the Member Services team at  to ask about the cost of annual member dues.
