Virtual Key Leader is a self-guided program intended for high school students but is appropriate for anyone 13 and older. Club advisors and the family of club members will also enjoy the content. It’s broken into six tracks (Service Leadership + the five Key Leader Principles: Personal Integrity, Personal Growth, Respect, Building Community and Pursuit of Excellence) and each track contains three lessons. These lessons can serve as activities for Aktion Club meetings to spark discussion and keep members engaged. Each lesson starts with a mindfulness video to calm the brain for better learning.
